Use of Personal Information

When you sign up with WritersBra, as a member (paid, free, or trial) and/or as a JV Partner, our database stores your details; including name, email address and any other information you provide. My team and I will not sell, or share your personal information, nor will we spam you with third party e-mails. Your information will be used for providing you with information regarding WritersBra; sharing information with you in relation to your membership; and to assist in improving WritersBra and for our member services to better benefit you, our visitors, and members.

Unsubscribe from emails

You can unsubscribe from your member related emails, and any e-mails sent by us, simply by clicking the link at the end of any email we send you and following the unsubscribe instructions.

Membership

If you sign up for a paid service your credit card or Paypal account will be charged automatically in advance for each month you wish to remain a member.

If you would like to cancel your membership you can do so anytime by following the easy cancel instructions located in the Member Center or by contacting WritersBra Support for further instruction. When e-mailing Support, be sure to include your name and the e-mail address you used to make your payment(s). We would also very much appreciate it if you would be willing to share with us why you are canceling so that we can continue to improve upon the programs we offer.

Once your membership is cancelled, you will no longer be charged. Should you choose, you can rejoin anytime, at whatever membership level for which you qualify.

No Guarantee of Results

WritersBra nor Deanna Bounds guarantees any income or other result or any results whatsoever as a result of your participation in the WritersBra Membership or Coaching Program(s). We provide the information, guidance and knowledge; you and you alone are responsible for your results. Knowledge is power; but only if you put it to use! We can show you the way, but you must do the work. Your results will depend on your level of participation, teach-ability, how much you put into practice, how well you follow the steps, and more. It really comes down to what you do with what you learn. We cannot control what our participants, clients, and members do with the information, lessons and knowledge we provide; therefore, we cannot and do not make any guarantees.

Refunds:

A great deal of experience, collaboration, research, practical trials, and effort go into providing you with products and services of value. Because we are providing you with digital products that cannot be revoked and memberships which allow you access to a vast array of content and resources that you are able to download, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. However, should you decide to, you may cancel your membership(s) at anytime and no further charges will be applied.

Right to Terminate

Deanna Bounds reserves the right to terminate your membership account or coaching program access at any time for any reason. Pro-rated refunds for terminated memberships and programs will be at the discretion of Deanna Bounds and/or the designated WritersBra staff.

Subscription Terms

Membership in WritersBra and participation in WritersBra Coaching Programs requires the payment of a monthly subscription or contract fee. Each user agrees to pay WritersBra, in advance, via Paypal or credit card from time of onset to time of renewal, as established by the membership subscription, for each term of use as defined by the subscription terms found on each membership website. Each user authorizes WritersBra (Deanna Bounds) to automatically debit the payment source or mechanism associated with his or her registered membership account for each monthly subscription fee. Monthly subscription fees are not refundable for any reason. Automatic debits continue unless the user terminates the subscription. For cancellation, users must follow the cancellation procedures as defined within the Member Center or contact Member Services/Support at

[email protected] for further instruction.

WritersBra website (the “Site”) is an online information service provided by Deanna Bounds and subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. Deanna Bounds does not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any way. Except for those explicitly identified as created by, copyrighted by, or developed by WritersBra , Gratefully Simple, Refuge Dining, and/or Deanna Bounds -all information, products and services offered through the Site or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties that are not affiliated with the site or any of its constituents. You also understand that the site and its owner cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. 3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Deanna Bound and WritersBra, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.

4. Third Party Rights.

The provisions of paragraphs 2 (Use of the Service), and 3 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of WritersBra and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf.

5. Term; Termination.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

6. Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between WritersBra and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Virginia. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. The WritersBra failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. WritersBra may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
